Interior Designers
Your finish, installed the way you drew it.
You bring the look; our job is to match the material to it and install it so the detail reads as intended — seams placed where you'd place them, grain running the direction you specified, edges wrapped rather than cut. With over 160 patterns in our visualizer catalog and a tool that renders on your client's actual room, the conversation moves from swatch to decision faster.
- Sample library brought to your studio or the site
- Visualizer renders on the client's own photo, in your chosen pattern
- Grain direction and seam placement agreed before install
- Mix materials in one scope — wood fronts, stone worktop, matte panels
Architects
Specify it without the spec review getting stuck.
Architectural film sits between finish and substrate, and the questions come at submittal time: is it rated, is it low-VOC, what is it doing to the door assembly. We answer those up front. The films we install come from manufacturers that publish surface-burning test reports by product code, and we confirm the rating for the exact pattern rather than the line — Bodaq, for one, supplies both fire-retardant and non-fire-retardant versions. You get the test documentation with the sample, not after the RFI.
- Fire-rating documentation per product code (ASTM E84, CAN/ULC-S102)
- Low-VOC and antimicrobial test data available on request
- Physical samples to your office; large-format panels to the site
- Existing surfaces assessed before we commit to a substrate
General Contractors
The finish trade that doesn't hold up the schedule.
Resurfacing goes on after the dust is gone and before the punch list, and it goes on without demolition — no tear-out, no disposal, no new substrate lead time. We work in phases around other trades, overnight or on weekends when the building is occupied, and we assess the existing surface before quoting so there are no surprises about what's underneath.
- No demolition, no dumpsters, no substrate lead times
- Phased or after-hours installation in occupied buildings
- Surface condition assessed before the quote, not after
- One point of contact from measure to close-out
Developers & Property Owners
Change the finish. Keep the asset.
Replacement means tearing out what's already there and rebuilding it, with the disruption, disposal and downtime that come with it. Resurfacing works over the surface you already own. Lobbies, corridors, elevator cabs and unit interiors take on a new finish while the building stays occupied, and the underlying structure is never touched. Where the existing surface is sound, that's the difference between a renovation and a refresh.
- Installed over existing surfaces — no structural work
- Tenants and residents stay in place during the work
- Common areas, elevators, doors and unit finishes in one program
- Assessed and quoted per surface — you only do what's worth doing
Hospitality
New rooms without closing the floor.
In a hotel, downtime is the cost. Guest-room doors, corridor panels, lobby millwork and elevator cabs can all take a new finish in place, on a schedule built around occupancy — nights, low season, a floor at a time. The room goes back into service without the smell, dust and lead times of a rebuild, and the same specified pattern carries consistently across every door on the property.
- Guest-room doors and corridor finishes done floor by floor
- Elevator cabs and landing doors refinished in place
- Overnight and off-peak scheduling
- One specified pattern, consistent across hundreds of doors
Marine
Inside the refit window, not around it.
Yacht joinery, bulkheads and cabinetry can be resurfaced in place while the vessel is in the yard — no removal, no waiting on new veneer, and next to no weight added. The films we install stand up to humidity and routine cleaning, and the palette runs from teak and oak to stone and matte solids, so a salon can move from dated to current without a joinery rebuild.
- Installed in place — no joinery removal or re-fit
- Negligible added weight
- Durable against humidity and routine cleaning
- Teak, oak, stone and matte-solid options for salons, cabins and galleys
